Day 4 Activity 2 1/13/11 Vitamin Solubility

1. Show the chemical structure of vitamin C and Vitamin E and describe which one is water soluble and which is fat soluble.

    Vitamin C chemical Structure is a combination of hydrogen and oxygen.

    Vitamin E chemical Structure has the chemical tocopherol.

    Vitamin C is water soluble based on the structure and Vitamin E is fat soluble based on the chemical structure.
